It has developed the HX series drip irrigation pipe production line, intelligent irrigation engineering interactive management system, drip irrigation pipe intelligent factory cluster storage system, and compensation drip automatic assembly and detection control system. The newly built mold and injection molding production base in 2021 is located in Tianjin Binhai New Area, with an investment scale of 30 million yuan. There are two standard factories with a building area of 5000 square meters, which is an economic entity that integrates production, research and development, sales, and service. Currently, it has 16 high-precision mold processing equipment, 26 high-speed precision injection molding machines, and 4 detection equipment such as coordinate and image measuring instruments. We have established cooperative relationships with well-known companies such as Panasonic and Samsung in the fields of precision molds and precision injection molding components.
